Where we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles it consistently with applicable privacy law, for example through contractual protections.   • remember your preferences;
  • measure how the site is used [ADD ANALYTICS TOOL]; and
  • measure and improve advertising [ADD, e.g. Meta Pixel, Google Ads, if used].

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work properly. Where the law requires consent for non-essential cookies, we will ask for it, and you can change your choice at any time.

8. Advertising Partners

Third-party advertising and analytics providers may collect information about your visits to this website and other sites, using cookies, scripts or tracking pixels, to measure advertising effectiveness and show you relevant ads. We do not control their technologies. Please review their privacy policies to learn more and to use their opt-out tools.

9. Marketing Communications

We send marketing emails only where you have subscribed, or are a customer and the law allows it. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us at any time to opt out. We will still send you essential service messages about your orders and warranty claims.

10. Security and Data Breaches

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, including secure (HTTPS) connections and access controls. Payments are processed by our payment providers, who handle card details under their own security standards. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. If a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
