Quick Installation Guide**

1️⃣ disconnect phone from car wireless CarPlay or wireless android auto 

• Go to Bluetooth settings on your iPhone or Android phone 

• Forget or disconnect from the car’s built-in wireless CarPlay or wireless android auto connection

• This ensures the phone connects to the adapter instead of the vehicle

2️⃣ Plug the App2Car Adapter into the Car’s USB-A Port

• Use the main USB-A data port in your BYD

• Wait a few seconds while the adapter powers on

• The adapter startup screen will appear on the car display

3️⃣ Connect Your Phone to the Adapter

• Ensure Bluetooth and WiFi are enabled on your phone

• Follow the pairing prompts as instructed in the adapter’s User Guide

• Once paired, CarPlay/Android Auto will automatically launch
