Arrived in Aberdeen, Scotland within a week of ordering. Plugged into my Macan S and it connected to my phone in a few seconds and within a few seconds more I had Android Auto on my CarPlay screen. When I got device, the language was set to Chinese and I couldn't find where the input language was to change it to English. There was no instruction manual in the box either. I then went on to your website and started a chat with one of your operators who, after several days, was able to identify the Chinese symbols and help me to change it to English. I also asked if I could get a digital copy of the instruction manual. I'm still waiting.
The price had me hesitant, but I took the dive and have no regrets. Plug n play as stated, hotspot the phone and downloaded the apps from a Google play account. Anything you want, you can play. Only issue I’ve had was with Foxtel Go app won’t work for some reason.
Works great in my BYD Sealion 7 UK Plug into right USB C and it boots up, connect to mobile phone WiFi and good to go Easy to switch back to cars own system by pushing any of the shortcuts on the bottom of the screen Comes with a SIM card if you don’t want to hotspot to your phone that you can pay for data. I was skeptical at first when my husband told me he had purchased this for my MG3. We have tried other products to get the Android Auto working, but nothing else has worked. So I was pleasantly surprised when it actually worked, and I was able to use maps on the car screen. It does take a couple of minutes to start up, but once the Apple CarPlay icon lights up, I just press the star button on the steering wheel, and within a couple of seconds, I have maps on the car screen. I can now also use the voice button to make calls, which I wasn't able to do before getting this product. Overall, I think it works well for me

We purchased the SmartWorld App2Car so I could run OziExplorer on a new radio head. The team were extremely helpful pre and post purchase with help getting it set up. The device it self works well, we can load Android apps onto it and run them on the radio head as well as using Apple CarPlay at the same time. My ‘23 Subaru Outback has ‘wireless only’ CarPlay and my old AI box wouldn’t connect. Found the SmartWorld AI box through some long searches. The box works well but would benefit from a faster processor. I would recommend this unit to anyone with wireless only CarPlay.

This device is amazing!!!! It works extremely fast and delivers results as promised! I am blown away with the performance and app options.
So far, so good. It seems to be working great! Not sure that for Android Auto that I like that it opens immediately when starting the car. I would prefer that the radio remembers what I was last using, like Sirius XM. My wife uses the Android Auto, while I use Apple CarPlay. It did seem to switch to CarPlay automatically when I was using the vehicle. That was without pushing the little button on the side of the adapter. I haven't had the opportunity to see if this will continue to work that way. If it does, that would be really nice! The instructions for setting up the unit was a little vague. A few more detailed instructions would be beneficial. For the most part, I'm very pleased with this product and will be considering the purchase of another one in the near future.
Compact yet powerful adapter compared to the painful OEM replacements. With the help of an extra Y-cable it works perfect in my Lexus ES300h, with Youtube, Netflix, and wireless AA connected easily. On top of this, customer service was spectacular; they tried very hard to respond and assist despite the time difference in the USA. I definitely made the right choice to purchase from this company.

Its neat, compact form leaves plenty of space in the dash. More importantly, it has a low current draw from the car's USB port. A competitor's unit tried to draw too much power from the port and wouldn't function at all!
This has solved my issue! I am so pleased, I recently got an MG ZS but it only had apple car play available on it! Now I am able to connect my android and use Google maps. Definitely recommend if you are having the same issue!
